Echosphere ("the app") is a companion application for a dedicated, proprietary portable router used by tour guides to broadcast live audio to nearby guests over a local Wi-Fi network.

Data we collect

Echosphere does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to any third party. Specifically:

• The app uses your device's camera only to scan a QR code for pairing with your Echosphere router. Camera images are processed instantly on your device and are never saved or transmitted anywhere.
• Audio transmitted through the app (the guide's live voice) is streamed directly between paired devices over the local Wi-Fi network created by the router. It is not recorded, stored, or sent to any server.
• The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• The app does not require account creation and does not collect contact information, location data, or device identifiers for tracking purposes.

Local network use

Echosphere connects only to Echosphere-branded routers running our proprietary firmware. This connection is used solely to carry live voice audio between the tour guide and guests. The router does not provide internet access, and no data from this connection is transmitted outside the local network.

Children's privacy

Echosphere does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
